One credit is one document, however many pages or lines it has. Every plan includes every feature, unlimited users and as many businesses as you like. No contract: change plan or cancel at any time. Prices are in pounds sterling.

What counts as a document?
One purchase invoice, receipt or credit note is one credit, however many pages or lines it has.
Can I try it first?
Yes. You get five free credits when you create an account, and no card is needed.
What happens to unused credits?
Your credits are topped up each month when your plan renews. Unused credits don't carry over, so choose the plan that suits a typical month.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time. An upgrade takes effect straight away and keeps your unused credits. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing month.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel whenever you like and your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. You can change your mind until then.
How many businesses can I connect?
As many as you like, across Xero, QuickBooks and Sage. One plan covers them all, so there's no extra charge for each business.
How many people can use it?
As many as you like. Every plan includes unlimited users, and snaps on a shared connection use the owner's credits.
Can I use it outside the UK?
Not just yet. SpendSnapper is for UK businesses for now, and we'll be welcoming more countries soon.
Do I need to be VAT registered?
No. SpendSnapper works either way. If you're not registered, VAT is included in the cost of each line rather than reclaimed.
